  **All bookings are required to be paid upfront**. Please contact me 48 hrs in advance if you need to reschedule your reading. If you don't reschedule in advance this will be considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW. 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS are non-refundable, we understand things can happen which may cause you to be late, we do allow up to 10 mins for you to show up to your appointment, pls call or text me if you're going to be late.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you do have the option for a full refund. If you cancel your appointment it has to be done at least 48 hrs before your appointment date to receive a full refund, if not a refund will not be provided.
